Full blasting, hot metal spraying and painting of structural steelwork to a Network Rail N1 / N4 specification. Working under the rail authority’s track-side discipline meant possessions windows, certified plant, and zero margin for finish defects on a steel-spec hand-back.
Hot zinc spray over freshly blasted steel, sealed with a marine-grade top coat — the same protection system used on harbour and tidal-defence work.
