This notice explains how Rocket Blasting Ltd ("we", "us") handles personal information you give us through this website. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, and we take guidance from the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

What we collect
The only personal information we collect through this website is what you send us through the contact form: your name, email address, optional phone number and location, plus the contents of the message itself. We do not operate a customer account system, do not run a newsletter, and do not pass your details to third parties for marketing.
Lawful basis for processing
When you submit the contact form, our lawful basis for processing your message is your consent (you actively chose to send it) and our legitimate interests in replying to enquiries about the services we offer. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting, cookieless service. It collects anonymised aggregate data about page views and traffic sources only — no individual visitor is profiled, no cookies are set, and no personal data leaves the EU/UK.
Because no cookies are used and no personal data is collected, no consent banner is required (in line with PECR). See our cookie notice for detail.
How long we keep things
Contact-form submissions are kept in our email system for as long as we have an active enquiry or job relationship, and for up to six years after the last contact for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. After that they are deleted.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have inaccurate information corrected;
- have your information erased ("right to be forgotten");
- restrict how we use your information;
- object to processing;
- portability of any data you've supplied to us.
